Antique Rocking Horses
Antique rocking horse.
Starshine is a fully restored rocking horse attributed to Shaw's of Manchester circa 1920-30. The attribution is based on the styling and pillars, which although replacement, were based on the originals.
The comprehensive restoration is themed on an Arabian Charger, with blue leather saddle, flaps and saddlecloth and decorative bejewelled martingale. The bridle, stirrup leathers and reins are in a complementary darker blue leather. Blonde natural horse hair mane and tail and quality professional paintwork complete a stunning quality finish.
The stand is again a professionally made replacement, therefore as new.
This is a superb rocking horse fit for a princess, with the investment value of being an antique.
