Pre WW2 tip cart in
good original condition throughout. Well made and sturdy, the
tipping mechanism is fully functional, as is the rear gate. Iron
bound spoked wheels, all in good condition. Unfortunately this cart
does not have a horse, the shafts have a spacing of 3.5 inches,
suggesting a horse 9-10 inches long (usually of similar height.)
would fit.
No makers
identification, there are quite a number of candidate firms between
1920 and 1939 who could have made it when such carts were very
popular.
Height 14"
Length Overall 25"
Width 15"
