Antique push horse on wooden base, original condition. German made, circa 1900-14, wood with calf skin covering, leather and cloth tack.
Mounted on a wooden board, with inset cast iron wheels. The base especially has had serious woodworm, this has been treated with wood hardner and was filler to preserve what is otherwise a delicate structure. One section near a wheel has been broken off. Only one wheel remaining.
Given condition this horse is being sold at a realistic price, but it is an attractive little horse and can benefit from further conservation work.
